Multistory – Poetry Collection launch

Born and educated in Jersey, Sharon Champion has enjoyed writing since childhood. Her love of storytelling is the foundation which led to her to crystallising words into poetry.

This debut collection Multistory spans the 1950s to the1970s, growing up in Sand Street and its St. Helier neighbourhood. Life was never dull due to the abundance of colourful characters. Sharon would like to introduce you to them through her poems, offering a flavour of special childhood and adolescent memories which came full circle when she returned to her roots as an adult. This special event includes readings from other local poets.
