Joseph Elliott’s latest book Nora and the Map of Mayhem follows siblings Atticus and Autumn when their dads leave them in the care of their extraordinarily eccentric great-grandmother Nora for the weekend. Finding a mysterious note left by a stranger from Nora’s past, things turn upside down quickly, creating a tale of a hair-raising adventure filled with snot-flinging monsters and menacing creatures. Elliot’s event promises to be as hilariously entertaining as this outrageous new tale of family and adventure. 

Joseph Elliott is the author of the award-winning Shadow Skye trilogy, composed of The Good Hawk, The Broken Raven and The Burning Swift. For the last fourteen years, he has worked as an actor, predominantly in comedy and children's television. He is best known for playing pirate 'Cook' in the BAFTA-winning CBeebies series Swashbuckle, for which he also writes many of the scripts.
